Payment Methods:
Once your decision has been made to confirm a hire we require a nominal deposit amount.
Deposit amounts are the fee of one person based on the capacity numbers for the chosen vehicle. IE total hire fee £280.00 based on 8 passengers sharing is £35.00 per person. The deposit for this hire would only be £35.00. Only on Wedding confirmations is there a slight change in this rule. On all wedding confirmations a deposit amount of £50.00 is required to confirm the booking.
Deposits are only made via a major credit or debit card as per our terms and conditions. A receipt will be supplied along with your confirmation booking documentation.
Outstanding balance’s can be paid either twenty-one days prior via a cheque made payable to “Fresh Limousines Limited” or credit or debit cards plus (5% transaction fee) or cash on the day at the start of the hire.
We can accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo,Bartercard, Delta, and Maestro.
Cheques or bankers drafts must be made payable to Fresh Limousines Limited and must be delivered 21 days prior to the date of your hire.
Business accounts can be arranged with a 7 day interest free account basis.
